Eating a healthy salad dish should not cost a lot! If you want to start your diet plan without sacrificing too much, then here is an easy-to-make and affordable salad dish!
Fresh Olive and Cheese
Goat’s cheese (or any preferred type of cheese)
Salt and pepper to taste
Wash the lettuce and sliced cucumber. Make sure that you really wash the lettuce well.
For my olives, I bought a marinated pack with pepperoni and garlic.
One thing that’s good in preparing salads is that you just need to combine and toss all the ingredients. Add the Yogurt dressing and you may use salt and pepper to taste.
